The Caterham Motorsport Championship recently renewed their agreement with Asia Motorsport Development for 2015.
AMD have been working closely with Seven Motorsport during 2014 to set up Malaysia’s newest one-make race series, the Caterham Motorsport Championship, and will continue their successful partnership for the inaugural season.
AMD will be providing PR, multi-media, sponsorship and race weekend management services to the championship, and helping the series to grow.
The championship will be one of very few Asian race series to have a strong social media presence and use of video content to help promote the series, with the goal to grow to include other Asian countries such as Thailand, Philippines, China, Taiwan and Vietnam.
“Working with this exciting, new championship at such an early stage puts AMD in a very good position for a long-term partnership with a famous UK motorsport brand”, said AMD partner Ben Potter. “It’s also a good platform to test our new technology and media strategy, so that we can expand the business to other series and teams across Asia.
The first round of the Caterham Motorsport Championship starts on April 25th at the Sepang International Circuit, Malaysia.
